Additional rent of $700 plus GST & QST per month to cover a portion of municipal and school taxes, the heating, and 1 parking spot.
The LESSEE must have a tenant insurance for civil liability minimum $2,000,000
- No smoking, No smoking marijuana and No vaping inside the permises
- No change of locks without the agreement of the owner.
- No modification or alteration such as painting, installation of light fixtures, etc. is permitted without the prior consent of the owner.
- At the end of the lease, the property must be in the same condition as it was on the date of occupancy, except for normal wear and tear.
- Lost items, broken equipment, and/or damage due to excessive use, such as scratched or bumpy floors, damaged appliances, etc. will be the responsibility of the tenant and will be repaired, replaced, or repaired at the tenant's expense, except for normal wear and tear.
