- At the end of the lease, the property must be in the same condition as it was on the date of occupancy, except for normal wear and tear.
- Lost items, broken equipment and/or damage due to excessive use, such as scratched or bumpy floors, damaged appliances, etc. will be the responsibility of tenant and will be repaired, replaced or repaired at the tenant's expense.
- It is forbidden to sublet, Airbnb, or assign the lease without the prior consent of the owner. The tenant will pay the related costs.
- It is mandatory to have rental liability insurance for the duration of the lease. Additional insurance for personal effects is strongly recommended.

- The tenant must at all times respect the regulations of the declaration of co-ownership and other internal regulations, city regulations, easements, etc.
- The tenant agrees to pay any expense due to his fault, negligence or non-compliance with the internal regulations.
- The tenant is aware that there will be moving costs to be paid to the syndicate at his own expense.
